Weʼre raising £2,000 to help ManKind, the support group for men, fund counselling.
Mankind holds weekly support group meetings in Eastbourne and Heathfield. The groups provide safe spaces for men to talk about their feelings. Mankind also aims to remove the stigma attached to poor mental health.
I am raising funds for Mankind as, I have seen how the group can transform the lives of men who struggle with their emotional wellbeing.
Mankind needs funds so that it can continue to assist group members to access counselling.
