Men’s Walk- Seaford to Eastbourne via Seven Sisters – Sat, Jan 31, 2026
Trunks and Hunks, Mankind and the Beachy Head Ambassadors are collaborating to lead a group walk from Seaford to Eastbourne via the Seven Sisters for men. It’s an opportunity for men to talk, listen and experience the benefits of getting outdoors and coming together with others.

Mankind Cold Club also regularly swim on every Tuesdays and Fridays @ 8am on the beach in front of the Beach Deck, Eastbourne BN22 7AE and Sundays @ 9am at Pevensey Bay by the Sea Road car park BN24 6EH
