On the 26th of October I’ll be taking on the Beachy Head Marathon, one of the UK’s hardest open entry trail marathons, but I’ll be spicing it up this year in aid of @mankind_cic.
I’ll be completing a 1.9km sea swim, starting at 04:45, a 90km bike and then will start the race with the other racers at 08:30, on top of that, I’m gunning for a top 100 spot just like I managed last year.
This is easily the toughest challenge I’ve taken on to date, and I’m doing it for a fantastic cause I care deeply about.
A group like @mankind_cic saved my life 6 years ago, and I want to give back where I can try and do my bit to reduce the ever growing suicide rate amongst men in the U.K.
